A: Payments can be made with your credit card or check. This can be done online, by phone or mail in your payment with a billing statement. For your convenience, save time and money by enrolling in our EZPay program.
Q: What is the EZPay Continuous Service program? How does it save me time and money?
A:Our EZPay program is a convenient method of paying your subscription automatically. You provide your credit card information and we will automatically charge your card every four weeks until you cancel, allowing you to enjoy many conveniences including no more envelopes, stamps or having to remember to mail your payment.
Q: Why did the price change for my subscription?
A: Please get in touch with the Chronicle's Subscriber Services so that we may reference your account and discuss any changes with you.

Q: How can I request a refund of the balance left on my previous subscription?
